Tomoechan's cooking ranges have been loved & cherished by the locals very much since 1891.
This dashi is created with "Rausu Kelp" retrieved from the sea of Hokkaido, which is one the best recognised kelp in Japan. The dashi is extracted from the kelp in a special way, this is the reason why Tomoechan's ranges have a unique flavour!
This concentrated dashi is great for cooking meat or fish dishes.
