The Hokkaido Hidaka Kelp stock used in this soy sauce is boiled in a special way to bring out the extra flavors, this stock is combined with 100% Hokkaido-grown soybeans and wheat to create this unique kelp infused soy sauce.

Experience the luxurious flavour of soy sauce that you have not tasted before. This edition has 30% less salt than regular soy sauce.
