Nichifuri - Wasabi Furikake

I bought this, momentarily forgetting I had started a low carb diet, and was therefore denying myself the pleasure of proper rice. I sprinkled it over my “vegetable rice” alternatives and discovered it added a super flavourful kick to every bowl - Finally! Something made the torture of eating cauliflower rice worthwhile, and even enjoyable! Full disclosure: I did also cheat on my diet and go old school to enjoy more than one sneaky bowl of normal rice and wasabi furikake - it was like a party in my mouth, every time, as I expected.
