Enjoy extra-thick noodles made with kneading Koji salt. Soup is made with extra rich miso combined with flavour of vegetables, which tastes perfect with the koji salt kneaded noodle.
Simply cook the noodle first in boiled 600ml of water for 7 minutes. Put both of the packets included into a ramen bowl, then pour in the boiled water first to mix the soup well. Finally, pour the noodle into the bowl, then add any topping of your choice to enjoy.
