This is a set that supports simple cooking, where you can cook modern-yaki-style dishes without using kitchen knives or bowls, as long as you have eggs, a frying pan, and salad oil.
While keeping the rich taste of "Myojo Ippei-chan Yoten no Yakisoba", the sprinkle has been changed to bonito flakes and sea lettuce that go well with "modern okonomiyaki".
How to make:
1. Open the lid of the hot water drain cup about halfway, take out the three sachets, pour boiling water over the noodles, allow to cook for 2 minutes, and then drain out the hot water.
2. Remove the lid of the drained cup, insert two eggs into the cup and stir, through the noodles.
3. Put cooking oil thinly on a hot frying pan and bake the noodles entwined with the eggs in step 2 on medium heat for about 2 minutes, then turn it over for about 1 minute.
4. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with the attached sauce, mustard mayonnaise and sprinkle.
