Ingredients & Utensils Required

  • 1 Box of Morinaga Rare Cheesecake Mix
  • 170ML of Milk
  • 25g of Butter or Margarine
  • Bowl, whisk, and spoon
  • Aluminum foil, and a 12-15 cm flat-bottomed tin 

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place the aluminum foil on the prepared flat-bottomed tin.

  2. Put the biscuit base and 25g of melted butter or margarine in a bowl and mix quickly with a spoon for about 1 minute until combined.

  3. Put the biscuit base in the tin and press firmly with your finger to spread it flat. Cool in the refrigerator for 5 minutes or more.

  4. While cooling the biscuit base in the refrigerator, put 170ml of milk warmed in the microwave (*) and the mix in a bowl, and mix well with a whisk for about 3 minutes until it becomes a little thick.

    * Estimated heating time for milk: 1000W (50 seconds), 600W (1 minute 10 seconds)
    * If you use an electric mixer, the milk may splash and get messy, so it’s recommended to mix it with a whisk only.

  5. Pour the rare cheesecake mix onto the biscuit base and immediately cool it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  6. Once the rare cheesecake mix is set, remove from the tin, remove the aluminum foil, top with your favourite fruits or topping, and enjoy!
