A white miso-based dip made by a long-established miso shop established in 1916, combined with curry and cream cheese for a Western taste.
Since this is made in a miso brewery they only produce small lots, so everything is handmade.
It's delicious on bread or crackers, to season German fries, or to work into a hamburger.
